What we collect
When you send our contact form, we receive your name, business name, email, website and message. When you book a call, your name, email, business name, note and chosen time go to Calendly, which schedules the call and sends the invites. We use these only to reply to you, arrange the call and quote your project.
AI answers in the FAQ
Questions you type into the FAQ are answered by an AI model through Vercel's AI Gateway. The model provider may keep questions and answers to improve its models, so please don't include personal details. We also keep the questions in our server logs to work out what to add to the FAQ. To protect the service, we limit how many questions one visitor can ask each minute, which uses your IP address.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how people use this site, such as which pages are visited and whether the contact form is started or sent. We don't record what you type into forms, and we don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can block analytics with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker. To see or delete anything you've sent us, email hello@softstudios.ca.
